The Sweepstakes is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook. Responsible and contact person is only the ÖH Bundesvertretung. Each participant who likes or comments on the posting agrees to the conditions of participation.
The winners will be drawn at random and will be notified via messenger service. Only users who are members of the ÖH (Österreichische Hochschüler_innenschaft) are eligible to participate.
For raffles via the ÖH Newsletter:
Responsible and contact person is only the ÖH Bundesvertretung. Each participant who responds to the newsletter agrees to the conditions of participation.
The winners will be drawn at random and will be notified by e-mail. Only persons who are members of the ÖH (Österreichische Hochschüler_innenschaft) are eligible to participate.
General
The winner will be informed about the delivery of the prize. If necessary, the collection can take place at the secretariat of the ÖH Bundesvertretung.
Employees of the ÖH Bundesvertretung are excluded from the competitions. The responsible party within the meaning of the GDPR is the Österreichische Hochschüler_innenschaft. The data will only be processed for the purpose of participation in the competition and will be deleted after completion of the competition. The data will not be passed on to third parties (unless it is necessary for the processing of the competition, see next point).
The ÖH Bundesvertretung reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The ÖH Bundesvertretung is generally not liable for the correctness and completeness of all information. The participant has no right to compensation, damages or other claims against the ÖH Bundesvertretung. The legal process is excluded. No cash redemption possible.
Queer_Feminist ÖH Raffle:

The data will be irrevocably deleted after the random draw. The winners will be notified via e-mail (and if indicated via telephone number). If they do not respond within 7 business days, they will be drawn again.
Only persons who are members of the Österreichische Hochschüler_innenschaft are eligible to participate.
Questions, comments or complaints about the competition should be sent to the ÖH Bundesvertretung at oeffref@oeh.ac.at. No cash redemption is possible. The legal process is excluded.
The competition ends on November 21, 2022, at 12:30. The winners will be notified on November 21, 2022, at 17:00.
